Why Kat and Noah Chose a Mt. Rainier Elopement

Kat and Noah are high school sweethearts. They wanted their wedding day to feel peaceful, romantic, and focused on each other.

Getting Ready Together Before the Ceremony

We met near the Tipsoo Lake parking area with the mountains all around us. The excitement was already in the air.

Before walking to their ceremony spot, Kat and Noah got ready together. Noah gently placed Kat’s veil in her hair and helped with her dress. These quiet moments helped them slow down and enjoy the start of their elopement day.

A Walk Through the Wildflower Meadows

We walked along the trail toward their ceremony overlook. Wildflowers lined the path, and small wooden bridges crossed the meadow.

One of the best things about a Tipsoo Lake elopement is how many photo spots you find along the way. Every turn feels like a new scenic view.

Saying Vows Overlooking Tipsoo Lake and Mount Rainier

Their ceremony took place on a peaceful overlook above the lake. Mount Rainier stood tall in the background.

They held hands and read their vows while the wind moved softly through the grass. The moment felt calm, emotional, and completely focused on their love.

I stayed back so they could enjoy the ceremony without distraction.

Elopement Portraits by the Lake and at Sunset

After their vows, we walked down to the water for portraits. The lake reflected the mountains, creating a dreamy backdrop.

Later, we visited a nearby overlook as the sun set. The sky turned soft blue and pink, giving us the perfect light to end their Tipsoo Lake elopement.
